RETURN & REFUND POLICY


Effective as of May 25, 2026


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Be unused (unless a defect was found upon delivery)
  • Be accompanied by your proof of purchase or order confirmation


2. Eligible Items

2.1 Accepted Returns

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Item received damaged or defective
  • Item does not match the description listed in our store
  • Wrong item was shipped
  • Defect not disclosed in the product listing

2.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use not present at the time of delivery
  • Items whose defects were clearly disclosed in the product description
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the product listing)


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for your return
  • Attach photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect
  • Wait for our confirmation before shipping — unauthorized returns will be refused
  • Carefully package the item and ship it to the address we provide

We will respond within 2 business days.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Item received damaged
  • Item does not match the description
  • Shipping error on our part

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.1 Approved Refund

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5.2 Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

  • Item returned with signs of use not reported at the time of delivery
  • Item returned incomplete (missing accessories or components)

5.3 Exchanges

We also offer exchanges if you would like to replace a defective item with the same product (subject to availability). Please contact us to request an exchange.


6. Pre-Owned Items — Special Notice

Our store sells carefully selected pre-owned items. Each product listing accurately describes the condition of the item (e.g., like new, good condition, visible signs of wear) and includes detailed photos.

By purchasing a pre-owned item, the customer acknowledges having reviewed the described condition and provided photos. Visible defects clearly disclosed in the product listing do not constitute a valid reason for return.
