2.2 Pre-Owned Items

Pre-owned items are sold as described. By purchasing a pre-owned item, you acknowledge that:

  • The item may show signs of prior use as described in the listing
  • Visible defects clearly disclosed in the listing are not grounds for a return
  • All sales of final sale items are non-refundable

2.3 Availability

All items are subject to availability. Since many of our products are one-of-a-kind sourced items, we cannot guarantee restocking. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

We accept all major payment methods available through our Shopify store, including credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment options. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We do not accept checks or money orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays.

4.2 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs.

4.3 Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

4.4 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.


5. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is outlined in a separate document available on our store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of that policy. Key points include:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in the same condition as received
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval
  • Pre-owned item defects clearly listed in the product description are not eligible for returns
